Gary brings over twenty years of experience in real estate brokerage and has sold over $750,000,000 of investment real estate. Prior to forming Investment Property Group, he was a senior broker with two large national investment real estate firms, where he was a top producer.

Since specializing in Apartment Brokerage in 1986, Gary has always focused on the Orange County marketplace. He has developed relationships with many property owners and has generated a long list of references, which include numerous long-term and repeat clients.

Educated at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, he earned a degree in Business Management in 1979. After moving to California in 1980, Gary started his sales career with two large computer retailers. He was responsible for selling personal computers to large corporations in the Los Angeles area. Gary also started a software development company that successfully sold specialized applications to accounting firms and their clients. Born in Sewickly, PA, Gary now resides in Newport Beach with his wife Marlene, daughters Michelle and Lauren and son Eric. Gary is very involved with the community including volunteering his time running local youth organizations in the Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and Costa Mesa area.
