Chris Keramati

Chris joined Investment Property Group in early 2008 skilled in the brokerage of multi-residential properties. He has significant experience representing sellers and helping them not only maximize value but also facilitate 1031 tax deferred exchanges. Previously Chris gained valuable experience with Capitalvest Realty Inc., a north Orange County firm that specialized in brokerage, property management and syndication.

He was a perfect fit at Investment Property Group largely due to his long term vision and commitment of continually gaining market knowledge in order to help him better understand the needs of his clients. His strong people-skills with a "client first" approach allows him the opportunity to establish long-term relationships and exceed client expectations.

Chris graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Finance and an emphasis on Real Estate Finance. Raised in Orange County, Chris currently resides in Placentia. In his free time he enjoys participating in active sports, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
