Michael Cavner

Since joining Investment Property Group in 1997, W. Michael Cavner has personally overseen the sale of nearly $300 million in multi-family real estate assets and has earned him a position as a market leader in strategic acquisitions & dispositions.

Focusing in large part on the Orange County marketplace, Michael has secured the business and respect of many active industry participants ranging from the individual investor to large institutions.  His impressive resume and service-oriented, relationship-based business philosophy culminate in qualifying him as a topmost advisor in today’s remarkably dynamic real estate market.

Michael holds a B.S. from the University of California at Irvine and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.  His current professional affiliations include membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC), and Sigma Nu Fraternity Alumni Educational Foundation.
